1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1.1 Instructions Prior ToInstallation
Before installing or operating the system, please read allinstructions and safety precautions listed in this manual. Operators andmaintenance personal should be familiar with these precautions before operatingthis equipment.
Installation, operation, or maintenance procedures, other than thosedescribed in this manual, may result in a hazardous situationand or void the warranty.
1. Transport the unit withextreme care. Sudden jolts or dropping the system will causedamage.
2. Do not place hands or other objects insidethe system while it is operating. Be careful of movingparts within the equipment such as, air cylinder and steppermotor mechanical movement.
3. Observe all warning labels.
4. Donot operate damaged or leaking equipment.
5. Refer service andrepairs to qualified technicians.
6. Do not operate the machinewithout covers, or with doors open, unless under the instructionof a qualified technician.
7. Before accessing the internal unitsof the system, shut the power down.

1.2 Safety HazardsThere are four classes of hazards in the SS8002
1.Physical hazards: due to mechanical movement of parts. This machinehas
two robots and many other moving parts that couldcause serious injuries by
catching loose clothing, fingers, hair andother foreign objects.
2. Chemical hazards: due to liquids usedfor processing and cleaning. Most of the
chemicals used forprocessing and cleaning are flammable and the appropriate
measures mustbe followed when they are used. These chemicals may alsofall within federal, state or local enviormental restrictions.
3. Electricalhazards: due to large voltages and currents.
4. Temperature hazards:due to high temperature used in the bake plates.
